Clinical Product Lead (RN or PT background)
We are looking for a clinician who has personally lived the documentation problem we are solving — someone who has done OASIS assessments in patients' homes and finished them at their kitchen table.
You would own the clinical correctness of the product: which assessment items we score and how, what evidence standard the model has to meet, what the completeness check should prioritise, and where we are wrong about how a visit actually goes. Engineers here defer to that judgement, and you would be expected to exercise it rather than file requests.
What we think this needs: an active or recent RN, PT, or OT background in home health, direct experience with OASIS, and the willingness to say plainly when something we built does not survive contact with a real visit. Product experience is welcome and not required — we would rather teach product to a clinician than teach home health to a product manager.
