Implementation Manager
Adopting Bosshh means changing how an agency's clinicians document, which is a change-management problem at least as much as a software one. You would own that: getting an agency from signed contract to clinicians who actually use it, including the EMR delivery path and the inevitable objections from the person who has charted the same way for fifteen years.
This role travels. Watching real visits is how we learn what the product gets wrong, and you would be our main source of that.
What we think this needs: experience implementing clinical software in provider settings, patience with the specific texture of home health operations, and a bias toward telling us uncomfortable things early.
